Shipping and returns

Shipping

We accept online orders for shipment worldwide.

  • Works of art are shipped and packaged via Swiss post.
  • Please be aware that all packaging and postage costs are added to the cost of the artwork and are settled by you the buyer.
  • Please allow up to 21 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date.
  • Prints are shipped directly from Switzerland
  • Once your order is shipped we will email you your tracking number.
  • Please include your phone number with your order so that if necessary, we can contact you.
  • If an option is not currently available for your international order, please contact us directly with your shipping address and we will prepare a quote separately.

Damage During Shipping

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide evidence that the item has been damaged.

Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.  

Returns or exchanges of works of art art welcome if they are:

  • Returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Arrive in the same exact condition as when they left.
  • Include all original packaging.
  • If originals arrive after 7 days from the date of delivery, you will not be eligible for a credit and you must pay for shipping back to the original delivery address.
  • Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.
